The club took advantage of Andorra la Vella’s Festa Major, which coincided with a friendly against Europa at the Estadi Comunal, to set up an information point where fans could formalize their season tickets for the new campaign, alongside a stand selling official club merchandise. The event also served as a gauge of the team’s growing social pull ahead of the league opener.
Goalless draw and a physical clash against Sabadell
On the sporting side, Andorra played another preseason test against fellow recently-promoted club Sabadell, who will also compete in LaLiga Hypermotion next season. The match, held at the CAR in Sant Cugat, ended in a goalless draw (0-0) marked by toughness and intensity, with more fouls, cards and duels than clear-cut scoring chances.

The midfielder, a Philippines international with a long career in Swiss football, arrived as a free agent from Winterthur and has signed through 2028. The player, who has already given his first interview as an Andorra footballer, made no secret of his excitement about the challenge of his first experience abroad.
Schneider himself explained that the tricolor project and the possibility of competing in LaLiga Hypermotion were key to his decision: “I saw it as a challenge because it’s my first experience abroad. I’m really excited to be here, to play this style of football and to play for this club,” said the midfielder, who describes himself as a technical player who likes to have the ball and be creative, while also committing to defensive work and pressing without possession.
